At Salvik, we value our customers and ensure that every Statue reaches them perfectly. However, if any damages occur during shipping , we do accept returns within 7 days of deliver. We have a clear and fair return policy. If the statue arrives damaged, We need customers to provide a Video proof while unboxing the package. This will help us understand the issue and confirm the damage happened during the delivery. Video proof is essential as we can not accept the return or refund offer without proof.
Please understand that we do not have an exchange policy for our statues. In case your return is approved, we will provide a full refund once we receive the package from you. All deliveries are insured, so in case of any damages, we make sure to protect our customers.
