Swaminarayan Statue

INTRODUCTION

This Swaminarayan Statue comes in pair of two. One statue is adorned in a beautifully painted poshak with a richly coloured turban, while the other is dressed in simple yet striking saffron attire with a saffron turban, symbolizing renunciation and spirituality. Both are standing on the platform which is designed in lotus shape. Our artisans carved the faces so smooth which looks so realistic. They both having a slight smile on face which enhances the look of the idol.

MARBLE

To make Swaminarayan Statue, we have used high quality Vietnam marble – imported especially for its unparalleled quality and purity. Vietnam Marble is known for its pure white color, smooth surface with fine grain that allows our artisans to draw out the most detailed carvings with utmost detail. It has an everlasting life and a natural glow, which adds to the overall beauty. While we mainly selection Vietnam marble for spiritual idols, Makrana marble and Ambaji marble can be selected upon request.

POLISH

Polishing the Swaminarayan Statue is a vital step that adds both aesthetic and high quality. As first step, fine-grained sandpapers and hand tools will help remove any imperfections and surface scratches on the idol. After preparing the surface and cleaning the idol with soft brushes or cloths to remove any dust, we perform the final polish with a top-quality diamond powder. This will provide a sheen to the statue, a smooth finish, and enhance the visual appeal of the idol. The cleaning and polishing process will enhance the beauty of the solid marble and make the idol stay shining for many years to come.

PAINTING

Our dedicated artisans take great care in the painting process. We carefully select only the highest quality Winsor & Newton oil-based paints which add depth and vividness to the colors, along with long-lasting durability. One of the Swaminarayan Statue is painted lively colors of red, blue, white, and gold, while the second Swaminarayan Statue depicts modest spirituality in casual saffron colors. All gold detailings (including jewelry and turban [pagdi]) are painted with pure gold paint, providing the idols with a regal and divine appearance. After painting, we apply a protective coating to prevent the paint from fading over time due to changes in climate and protect the vibrant paint. Custom color schemes are available upon request.

PACKING AND FORWARDING

Every idol should arrive in pristine condition before it reaches its destination, which is why we use a multi-layered secure packing process for the idol. The Swaminarayan Statue will be wrapped in many layers of foam sheets to provide ultimate protection. All gaps in the steel or wooden box will be filled to prevent movement and damage.
