MARBLE
Vietnam marble is used to make Marble Swaminarayan Murti. This marble is imported from Vietnam country to make the idols. This marble is known for its pure milky white color, fine grains, and naturally smooth texture. These qualities allow our artisans to shape intricate curves and sharp lines with precision Mostly we use Vietnam marble to make idols but if customer's demand Ambaji and Makrana we can use that also. This marble has long durability and versatility.
POLISH
Polishing involves various steps like first step; we methodically use several different grades of sandpapers and hand tools to remove all of the small imperfections and scratches on the marble surface. After we have cleaned up the dust with a soft cloth or brush, we apply the diamond powder to polish the idol. This process improves the natural shine and smoothness of the marble and gives some life with depth and dimension to the overall appearance of the murti. Polishing plays an important role in the process of making the Marble Swaminarayan Murti.
PAINTING
In this idol, we have used high quality Winsor & Newton oil-based paints known for their vivid colors and durability that last. Our craftsmen take care in painting every aspect of the idol; with care, we paint the clothing and ornaments, to create a detailed, harmonious effect. We paint the jewelry using pure gold paint, as a divine touch. Once complete, we coat the idol with a lacquer and protective coating to keep it clean from dust, moisture, and climatic wear. PACKING AND FORWARDING
Our packing involves multiple layers of foam sheets to cover the Marble Swaminarayan Murti .
