Marble Ganpati Idol

INTRODUCTION

Marble Ganpati Idol is one of the magnificent piece of our art, completely carved from a single block of White Marble. In our culture, before any work Lord Ganpati will be worship first. In this Idol, Lord Ganesha is sitting on his Singhasan, which has different design on it curved by our artisans. Lord Ganesh is sitting in the relaxing position.  

MARBLE

To making Marble Ganpati Idol, we use single block of marble which is curved by our artisans. Marble Ganpati Idol is made in Vietnam Marble. As you can see it is pure milky white and easy to give curves on it. Mostly this type of Marble is used in making our idols. The Durability, versatility and beauty of this marble is different from others. Our artisans uses techniques to shape this Idol like carving and cutting. 

POLISH

We use various methods to polish our Marble Ganpati Idol. Firstly we remove all the minor scratches and imperfections from the Marble Ganpati Idol by using different kind of sandpapers. Then we clean the dust with the help of soft cloth or brush, afterwards we polish the idol with diamond powder which gives shiny texture to our idol.

PAINTING

For painting, we use good quality of Winsor and Newton. In Marble Ganpati Idol our artisans paint the eyes with full concentration and dedication. The material we are using is of the best quality having long durability and versatility. After painting, we use a protective layer to cover the idol. 

PACKAGING AND FORWARDING 

Packaging is very essential part of this process. We use wooden and steel box for packing of the idol. First we wrap the idol with layers of foam sheet. Then we put it in a box which is made of steel or wooden this ensures the safety of our Marble Ganpati Idol. We deliver this idol through a reputed company.
